Meeting Information

The PhotoForum meets every 3rd Wednesday of each month (excluding December) for Digital Darkroom. This is a time to sharing techniques to enhance your digital photos, learn new software applications and discuss anything digital in a round table meeting. Bring your laptops if you have one, if not bring your images on CD or thumb drive, or just come as you are and take notes. The 4th Wednesday of each month (excluding December) is our General meeting. This meeting may include a short business meeting, announcements of upcoming events or field trips and sometimes a guest speaker. All meetings are open to members and visitors alike. We encourage you to stop in and check us out! We meet at the Bon Air Library, 2816 Del Rio Place, Louisville, KY and all meetings begin at 6:30pm.

Currently we have two displays up featuring our members photographic artwork.

City Cafe Display

Press Release: The PhotoForum Camera Club of Louisville and the City Café, located at 505 W. Broadway, are pleased to announce a new display of local photographer’s images. Some of the photographers have been featured in Capture Kentuckiana, won various awards and displayed images throughout the state. Participating photographers are Ron Bailey , Catherine Balfe, Sharon Childers , Rick Lombardo , Nathan Mann , Deborah Montgomery , Jeremiah Montgomery , Linda Reichenbecher , Linda Sinclair and Phil Warren .  Stop by Monday through Friday 10:30am - 3:00pm for lunch and to view the display. The PhotoForum is formed by a group of novice to professional photographs. Visit www.thephotoforum.org for more information.

This display was put up Saturday, January 3, 2009 and will remain up for the next couple of months.

Woodford Reserve Display

The PhotoForum also has a display up at The Woodford Reserve Distillery located at 7855 McCracken Pike, Versailles, KY in the Visitors Center. Participating photographers are Ron Bailey, Sharon Childers, Pattie Davis, Linda Doane, Bill Goffinet, Eric Link, Rick Lombardo, Teri Lowe, Nathan Mann, Doris McDowell, Deborah Montgomery, Charles Myers, Rick Nevels, Christine Schmalz and Phil Warren. This display was put up Saturday, April 26, 2008 and has been held over by request of Woodford Reserve for an undetermined time.

We welcome any of our members to announce their display with us. If you have an upcoming display let us know so we can post yours as well.
